Important changes:

-         Onshore application is restricted to 50 and 60 points occupation only.

-         Permanent skilled visa application - Must have IELTS certificate at time of application except specified passport holders.

-         Recent work experience – 12 months out of 24 months in (1) paid, (2) at a skilled level and (3) for a minimum of 20 hours a week

-         Close Relative in Sydney can act as sponsor in the application with 40, 50 or 60 points nominated occupation.

-         No assurance of support requires for close relative sponsored visa application.

-         Interdependent (same sex) partner can be included in the application.

2.       36 months Modl works in Australia: Claims points on Modl, Australian Work Experience and Specific work experience.

3.       36 months work in nominated occupation in Australia: Claims points on Australian Work Experience and Specific work experience.

4.       Overall pass mark  -  120 and pool mark is 100

5.    Sponsored category - 100 and pool mark is 100

2. Skilled migration visa.

2.1. Application with Australia Qualifications

-         After you have graduated from your course of study in Australia and if you wish to seek permanent residence in Australia, we are able to assist you to lodge the appropriate migration application for you. However, please note your qualification must meet the migration criteria at the time of your application.

Generally, you must study at least 2 academic years or 4 semesters for your Trade Certificate, Diploma or degree programs in Australia. You must also nominate your occupation which is relevant to your qualification. You must also provide IELTS certificate as evidence of your English language proficiency skills and you must under the age of 45. 

2.2.  Application with Overseas Qualifications

-         Alternatively, if you have an overseas qualification as well as relevant working experience in an occupation, which is in demand in Australia, and you are able to meet the other migration criteria for this class of visa, such as age factor, language skills as well as sponsorship if also available (but not necessary), we are able to assist you in you skilled migration application as well.
