Changes to the Processing of Family Migration Visa Applications in China 【01/04/09】

The Australian Embassy in China has announced changes to the processing of Family

Migration Visas

Please be advised that from 1 April 2009 the Australian Visa Office in Guangzhou will process all Family Migration applications for clients residing in the following provinces:

· Guangdong

· Fujian

· Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

Hainan

Yunnan

· Guizhou

Hunan

If applications from the above provinces are lodged at the Shanghai Visa Office after 1 April 2009, they will be sent to the Guangzhou Visa Office for processing.

Please note that Family Migration applications from all other provinces in China will still be processed by the Shanghai Visa Office.
